Shri Siddharameshwar Education Trust ( SSET ) was founded by His Holiness Dr. Shivabasava Swamiji in the year 1975. Since then, the trust is running a number of Schools, Colleges, Technical & Training Institutes in and around Belagavi. After the demise of His Holiness Dr Shivabasava Swamiji in the year 1994, His Holiness Dr. Shri Siddharama Swamiji succeeded as the sole trustee. Swamiji, the ninth successor of the Rudrakshimath Naganur, is a brilliant scholar and a Post Graduate from Banaras Hindu University. He is a visionary and divine personality and has rendered yeoman service in the field of education. He is a voracious reader, writer, a powerful orator and a veritable environmentalist. In recognition of his service, Rani Chennamma University, Belagavi conferred an Honorary Doctorate in 2013
